Some Velumount wearers have been proven to have these breathing pauses during sleep without the Velumount braces. With the nightly sleep quality measurement at home, doing one night with the Velumount braces and one night without, breathing interruptions and the drop in oxygen in the blood can be measured. The measurements provide a reliable picture of your sleep quality with and without the Velumount method.
