Costs of the Velumount method

We offer a free and non-binding consultation during which we will give you an insight into the Velumount method and clarify whether our snoring braces could help with your snoring problem and/or your sleep apnea. You can make an appointment here.

The snore-free starter package, which is subject to a charge, was created to give you the best possible introduction to the Velumount method. It consists of an initial appointment as well as of several check up appointments for fitting of the Velumount snoring brace, individually adapted to your anatomy. It also inludes 2 Velumount braces. Payment is made after the initial fitting appointment. Depending on the location, only card payment or only cash payment is possible. A confirmation email will inform you about the payment method after registering for the snore-free starter package.
 

If you decide not to continue with the Velumount method during the initial appointment, we will charge a cancellation fee of CHF 170.-. In this case you will not receive a Velumount brace.

If you are not satisfied with the effect or comfort of the Velumount brace after the last control appointment of the Snore-Free Starter Package, you can make use of our return poilicy within 3 months of the last appointment.
 

he return policy only grants the right of return if a control appointment was attended after the first initial appointment. You will be refunded CHF 260.-.

In addition to the snore-free starter package, you can also book a polygraphy (sleep quality test) to evaluate the effect of our braces. Register via the customer area.

In certain cases, we recommend the Velumount Rhinostent in addition to the snoring brace - a solution that improves nasal breathing during sleep.

The fitting usually takes place during the initial appointment of the snore-free starter package and lasts about 20 minutes. You will receive a nasal dilator customized to your anatomy, which you can use for one year. Click here to register for the snore-free starter package.

After the end of the snore-free starter package, which includes 3 control appointments, you can book the check-up appointments individually. We recommend attending a check-up every two years to check and guarantee the effectiveness and quality of the Velumount braces. You can register in the customer area.

If you are unable to keep an appointment, please notify us up to 24 hours in advance. Otherwise we will have to charge you for the booked time (CHF 45.- for control appointments and CHF 100.- for the initial apointment).

For hygienic reasons and due to material fatigue, Velumount snoring braces must be replaced every 6 months. We recommend replacing the Velumount Rhinostent every 12 months.

The snore-free starter package includes 2 braces which last at least 6 months each. After 12 months, you can easily reorder the snoring braces in the customer area. Your size and the form factors are stored with us.
